More than 15 years ago we set up a little table at the Raleigh Farmers Market selling starter plants. Today our pastures and woodlands are home to cows, sheep, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and rabbits — all raised naturally, without antibiotics or hormones. Every choice we make is rooted in the belief that farming should nourish both people and the earth.
