Shipping Policy
Shipping policies vary by product type. Please review the section that applies to your order before completing checkout.
Farm Products — Meat, Eggs & Perishables Farm products are not shipped. They are available for local pickup or local delivery within the Durham, North Carolina area only. Delivery availability, delivery days, and any order minimums are communicated at checkout or during order coordination.
Wellness & Body Care Products
Processing & Shipping Because all body care products are handcrafted and packaged by us, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, or UPS and typically arrive within 2–8 days depending on method and destination. We are located in North Carolina.
If you have specific shipping needs such as expedited shipping, signature confirmation, or delivery timing, please contact us before ordering. Additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Eco-Friendly Packaging We use environmentally conscious packaging whenever possible, including kraft cardboard boxes, recycled-content bubble wrap, and biodegradable packing materials.
Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, you may choose to have it restocked for a $5 fee or re-shipped at your expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are responsible for packages while in our care but cannot be held liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after transfer to USPS or UPS. If tracking shows a package as delivered, we do not issue refunds or replacements. We recommend checking around your delivery area, asking neighbors, or contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Temperature Considerations Our body care products are made with natural ingredients and are sensitive to temperature extremes. Heat may cause oils to spoil or balms to melt. Cold may cause oils and butters to become grainy. Melted solid products can typically be re-solidified by refrigerating — this may alter texture but does not affect performance. Store products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Damage & Returns Due to the nature of body care products, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. We offer samples on select products so customers may try before committing to full size.
