About Our Lamb

Our lambs are raised naturally on open pastures, grazing freely on native grasses, herbs, and legumes. No feedlots, no grain, and no confinement — just healthy animals living the way nature intended. The result is tender, flavorful meat with rich depth and clean finish, perfect for family meals or special occasions.

How It Works

  1. Reserve Your Share — Place your deposit to secure your Lamb.
  2. Customize Your Cuts — Farmer Joe will review your cut sheet with you personally to ensure your preferences for chops, roasts, ribs, or ground selections are met.
  3. Final Payment — Once processed, we’ll calculate your balance based on the final packaged weight. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
  4. Processing & Delivery — We offer free delivery in the Durham Metro area or pickup at the farm or our USDA processor.

Please note: Many farms advertise based on “hanging weight,” which does not include processing fees or waste. Our prices reflect the true packaged weight — the beef that actually goes into your freezer.
