How to use

Spray onto clean skin — legs, arms, abdomen, or the soles of the feet. Massage gently until absorbed. A slight tingling sensation is normal, especially on sensitive skin. Leave on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing if needed. Start with a small amount and build use gradually.
