Farmhouse Beef & Veggie Skillet
There’s nothing better than a one-pan meal on a busy weeknight. This hearty beef and veggie skillet has all the comfort of a home-cooked meal — simple ingredients, minimal cleanup, and full flavor from Rambo Family Farm pasture-raised ground beef.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Rambo Family Farm ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups cooked rice or potatoes (your choice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- Optional: shredded cheese and chopped parsley for topping
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in zucchini, bell pepper, and corn. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Add rice or potatoes, stir well, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sprinkle with cheese (if using), cover for a minute until melted, and top with parsley.
