Sweet Em’s was created as a gentler companion to Monthly Comfort, with a softer herbal profile especially suited to younger tea drinkers. Red raspberry leaf and oat straw create the foundation, while chamomile, and rose give the blend a softer, more approachable character. The result is a cozy, caffeine-free herbal tea created for a comforting monthly ritual, with a flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or with a little honey for extra sweetness.
