How to use

Apply a small amount to the chest, throat, or the soles of the feet. Massage gently until absorbed. Breathe slowly and deeply after application. Can be used up to three times daily as needed.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use on children under two years of age. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
