We offer different resolutions depending on the type of product purchased. Please review the section that applies to your order.
Farm Products — Meat, Eggs & Perishables All sales of farm-raised and perishable goods are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to find an appropriate resolution.
Wellness & Body Care Products Due to the nature of body care products, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and we will work with you to find a solution. We offer samples on select products so you can try before committing to a full size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Incorrect Address We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.
Approved Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
