How to use

Warm a small amount between your fingertips and massage into the chest and throat. Cover with a warm cloth or layer of clothing and leave on. For overnight use, apply before bed and dress warmly. Can also be applied to the soles of the feet — a long-standing folk tradition for supporting the body during illness. Reapply two to three times daily as needed.
