About Our Beef
At Rambo Family Farm, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on rotational pastures without grain, hormones, or antibiotics.
Our focus is on sustainability, animal welfare, and nutrient-rich soil — producing tender, flavorful beef your family can feel good about eating.
How It Works
- Reserve Your Share — Place your deposit to secure your Beef.
- Customize Your Cuts — We’ll send you an online cut sheet to choose steak thickness, roast size, and ground options.
- Final Payment — Once your beef is processed and weighed, we’ll calculate the remaining balance based on packaged weight.
- Processing & Delivery — After aging and cutting (about 2–3 weeks), we’ll contact you for pickup or free Durham Metro delivery.
Pricing & Payment Details
All processing and packaging costs are included in our per-pound pricing.
Please note: Many farms advertise based on “hanging weight,” which does not include processing fees or waste. Our prices reflect the true packaged weight — the beef that actually goes into your freezer.

- 5 packages Short Ribs
- 6 lbs Stew Meat

Pickup & Delivery
- Free delivery in the Durham Metro area.
